I bought the Professional model. The concept is great; however, the actual power tool is junk. Mine has quit on me after only 3 months of very moderate use. Would not recommend. |

i LOVE THE PETICURE. THE 18V IS THE WAY TO GO. HOWEVER, IT IS SOOO EXPENSIVE AND I HAD TO BUY THE SAFE GUARD SEPARATELY, WHICH I THINK IS RIDICULOUS! IF THE PRICE WAS LESS I WOULD DEFINATELY BUY SOME AS GIFTS. LOWER YOUR PRICE YOU WILL SELL MORE. |

This version of the peticure is great! it doesn''t take batteries like the regular, so no dead Peticure when you need it! I run a small one-woman grooming bussiness, so this is a wonderful handy tool. Better than those old plier-type nail trimmers, I had to buy all three diffrent sizes to accomadate, with the Peticure, it''s one size fits all! Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! |

I bought the Professional Grade Model as I have two large dogs. After having it for 3 months, it froze up completely. I called the company and they told me I had to ship it back to them ($9.70 at USPS). After 2 1/2 weeks I called to find out where the replacement is and they told me that it would be 4-6 weeks to receive a replacement. |

Mine just died after 3 uses, lets see how they handle it. Was wonderful for my 3 dogs til it died. Only had it a month and I paid near $70. This is not good!! I will update this if they handle it well, like they should and replace it. |

I too bought the petite model and find that not only is it for small dogs, but that the batteries dont hold up for professional use. Im gettin'' a corded one!
On the plus side, some of my really difficult little dogs are calmer with the vibration than they are w/ conventional nippers. |

Received my peticure tool in June ''08. As a professional groomer the tool perfect.
BUT started to have problems with the mechanics of the tool after 60 days. Freezes up and loud grinding. Attempted to contact the company via phone & email to no avail. The concept of the tool 5 stars, as for being dependable 1 star. The company needs to stand behind the tool and provide contact sources for defected tools!

This product is great! I can be stress free trimming my dogs nails. I no longer have to worry about cutting into the quick of the nail and it seems to relieve the stress on my dog as well. And the added bonus, his nails are no longer like razor blades after trimming. I would highly recommend this product. |

This was a great way to take the guessing out of clipping nails on our dogs. Was not completely satisfied with the TV ad though. You don''t know til you call to get the tool that the one they show on TV is the Petite model for 29.99. Most animals are larger than 10 lbs so of course you have to graduate to the larger tool which of course costs more! Over all I am satisfied with it. We have a large lab and an Australian Shepard that are happier campers now also!

I''ve been using the peticure now for four months and it is wonderful. The nails are smooth and my dog doesn''t mind at all. She lays upsidedown in my lap as I file her nails. No more trips to the dog groomer where they cut the nails too short and cause her pain. Thanks for this great product. |

this model is great , but I found that from one pedicure (Peticure) to another the battery doesn''t hold its charge....I am glad that I purchased the xtr warranty, phoned customer service and no problem to send a new battery repacement. I just wish they had had the Professional model in the beginning when I ordered but in March. I have two labs and it''s hard to do the pedicure on them both when the charge isn''t sufficient enough to do one, let along two!! |
